The manufacturing process of HANABI Lube begins with the careful selection and procurement of premium raw materials from trusted suppliers.
These materials are stored in specialized tanks and pass through strict quality inspections before moving into production.
Using advanced blending technology, base oils and additives are precisely mixed to create high-performance lubricants suited for diverse applications.
The finished products are then filled and packaged in various sizes through automated lines, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
After passing rigorous testing and certification, the lubricants are safely stored in warehouses and distributed through optimized logistics networks.
Finally, they are delivered to customers worldwide, maintaining reliability and trust at every stage of the process.
Step1.
Delivery of raw materials
All crude oil and raw materials are delivered to major
production plant pipelines via ships and trucking.
Step2.
Raw materials storage
Each tank is connected to the production shop with a separate pipeline
to minimize flushing of the entire network.
Step3.
Lube oil blending
Three automatic blenders :
Simultaneous metering blender up to handle larger quantities.
Step4.
Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped according to the latest standards to ensure quality control at all production stages.
Step5.
Pouring and Packing
Five lines: one for 1L, 4L, and 20L cans each plus two lines for filling 200L drums.
Step6.
Storage facilities
8,000 pallet positions plus
five truck loading docks.
